Courtney McColl - Wayne
Business Manager, National Conference Manager and PA to Debbie Palmer
Courtney is the backbone to the PPM Group's business operations and oversees the management and development of the internal systems, compliance, reporting, accounting processes and human resource management. She is also responsible for overseeing the management of our annual National Property Management Conference. She is a confident, driven and devoted team member, who is passionate about achieving excellence in all areas of her responsibilities. Courtney is dedicated to ensure that all clients receive an outstanding level of service from all members of the PPM Group.



Lauren Kropp
Membership Manager & Business Development Consultant
With a career of more than six years in property management, followed by three years as the Product Manager with a leading trust account service provider, Lauren has gained a wealth of invaluable knowledge and a hands on approach to understanding the daily pressures that can be placed on the property management department. Lauren is an experienced and dedicated consultant who is focused on working with departments to assist them reach their full potential, improve profitability and productivity.



Ebony Ormston
Front Office - First Impressions and Adminstration Assistant
Ebony has exceptional administration and customer/client service skills and is a valued asset to the PPM Group. With a hospitality background working within the front office/administration department of one of the Gold Coast most prestigious 'five-star' hotels, she understands the importance of 'the client always comes first'. Ebony is driven, bubbly and committed to delivering a first class service to all our clients and members.



Kasey McDonald
National Training Manager & Senior Systems Consultant
Kasey is a rare find and is one of the most talented, experienced and knowledgeable people when it comes to knowing about the PPMsystem and the PPM Group's products. Kasey has worked the PPMsystem as an assistant, has held the role of implementing the PPMsystem and consulting with 100 offices across the nation and has led a large property management team with the PPMsystem being the backbone to their success. Kasey has years of experience in knowing all areas of the PPM Group, our products and services and is a passionate about empowering and training other property managers to learn the tricks, tips and techniques required for them to reach their full potential.



Kymberlie Cheney
Sales & Consultancy Assistant Trainee
Kymberlie commenced her career in property management at the age of 18 when she undertook a real estate traineeship. Starting as a junior in one of the largest property management departments within the First National Group, Kymberlie quickly progressed to an Assistant Property Manager, where she held the position for 2 years. Kymberlie is currently finalising her full licence giving her an overview on all facets of real estate. She is full of passion, great ideas and has a fresh outlook on property management.
